Introduction
Are you energized by guiding organizations through change? Do you have a passion for culture, communication, and engaging people in technological transitions? We are looking for an Organizational Change Expert to support our IT organization in its journey to become AI-native.
Mission
In this role, you will design and execute the change strategy that enables AI to become a core capability within IT. Your focus will be on stakeholder engagement, communication, and fostering a culture of learning and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a change management plan, including vision, key messages, and engagement tactics.

Identify and engage stakeholders across IT, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Create and deliver compelling communications tailored to different audiences and channels.

Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning around AI.

Support project leads in rolling out AI learning paths and capability-building initiatives.

Organize workshops, town halls, and events to drive awareness and engagement.

Establish feedback mechanisms, measure adoption, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Document and share best practices and success stories.
Your Profile

At least 5 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments.

Experience with technology-driven transformations, ideally involving AI or digital initiatives.

Familiar with Agile ways of working (SAFe preferred).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skilled at analyzing organizational dynamics and facilitating large groups.

Empathetic, trustworthy, structured, and creative problem solver.

Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Consultancy background is a plus.
