For an innovative and renowned production company in the Utrecht region we are looking for a Process Operator with a passion for technology, efficiency and quality. You will contribute to the production of high-quality food products that find their way to consumers around the world.
⚙️ What will you do?
As a Process Operator you are indispensable in the production process. You make sure that the machines run optimally and the final product meets the highest quality requirements. Your responsibilities:
- Setting up, starting up and adjusting machines.
- Monitoring production parameters such as temperature, speed and pressure
- Signaling and solving minor malfunctions
- Carrying out quality checks and processing production data
- Thinking along in process optimizations and improvement projects
- Working in a 3-shift operation, together with a committed and professional team

👤 Who are we looking for?
- You have an MBO-2 diploma, preferably in engineering, food industry or process technology
- Experience as an operator is a plus, but not a must – motivation counts!
- You are technically minded and work accurately
- You can work well independently and like to think along with colleagues
- You speak Dutch or English
- You are willing to work in shifts
💰 What do we offer you?
- Salary between €2,226.93 and €3,816.73 per 4 weeks (excluding allowances)
- 20% shift bonus on top of your salary
- 24 vacation days, with possibility to buy/sell days
- Travel allowance of €0,23 per km
