What will you do?
As a Process Operator A/B, you are responsible for a smooth and efficient production process. Your tasks include:
- Setting up, starting, and adjusting machines to ensure optimal product quality.
- Monitoring the production process and checking parameters such as temperature and speed.
- Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions; for larger technical issues, you notify the technicians.
- Performing quality checks and recording production results administratively.
- Actively contributing to process improvements and collaborating with colleagues for maximum efficiency.

Who are you?
- You have an MBO-2 diploma in a technical or production-related field (e.g., technology, food industry, or process operation).
- Experience as an operator is a plus but not required – we offer you the opportunity to learn!
- You have a technical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
- You can work independently but also know how to achieve the best results with your colleagues.
- You are flexible and willing to work in shift schedules.

- An excellent salary between €2,226.93 and €3,816.73 (per 4 weeks), excluding shift allowance.
- 20% shift allowance on top of your salary, as you will start in a 3-shift system.
